Importer / Broker visits Customs Help Desk to complete declaration and attach all documents.
Shipping Line/ Port Deliver manifest and copy of all way bills .Reconcile Manifest Documents and issue Gate Exit Note. Completed Manifests to PCE and Archives
Examination Conducted Upon presentation of proof of payment. Examination Report Prepared
A- Declaration is lodged and accepted. Unique serial number given to the declaration B- Evaluation officers prepare Boleeto C- Head of Evaluation approves payment to proceed D- Declaration and Boleeto details entered in register of Accounting Section .
Review Documentation and past importer history and decide To reject the transection Or Summit the next Office of Compliance Unit
Review Examination Reports Nil Discrepancies – Issue Release Note Discrepancies – Check History and prepare offence report with recommendations and forward to Customs Manager for approval
A- Accept Payments and issue official receipt. Released go straight to accounting whilst others go to Examination b- Accepts Penalty Amount after evaluation pass
A- Conduct Revivification of Documents using Risk Assessment. When Complete – Archive B- Checks and compares the documents and the goods physically if there is any variety they will contact costume manager to prepare the Fine . EXIT
Approves Entry Amendment for unpaid duty Decides on the Appropriate Penalty and forwards to Evaluation
